- Sauté: Offers Less (168°C/335°F, 40 mins, simmering/thickening/reducing liquids), Normal (182°C/360°F, 40 mins, pan searing), and More (195°C/383°F, 40 mins, stir-frying/browning meat) settings. The lid should not be used during sautéing, and the maximum time is 40 minutes as a safety precaution.
- Slow Cook: Provides Less (74°C/165°F, 4 hrs, corresponds to LOW setting), Normal (85°C/185°F, 4 hrs, corresponds to MEDIUM setting), and More (96°C/205°F, 4 hrs, corresponds to HIGH setting) settings.
