Why won't my BLUE EMBER GRILLS FG50069 burner light or get hot enough?

  If the burner on your BLUE EMBER GRILLS Grill won't light with a match or ignitor, or isn't getting hot enough, here are a few things to check: * Make sure the cylinder or gas supply valve is open. * Refill the propane cylinder if it's low or out. * Ensure the regulator is fully tightened (hand tight) into the cylinder. * Follow the correct lighting procedure to avoid activating the flow control device. * Clean out any blockage in the venturi tubes. Also, make sure the venturi tubes are properly seated over the valve orifices. Clean or replace the burner if the burner ports are blocked (for propane barbeques only).

  If the electronic ignition on your BLUE EMBER GRILLS Grill isn't producing sparks at any electrodes and you can't hear any noise from the spark module, try these steps: 1. Check the battery orientation to ensure it's installed correctly. 2. Replace the battery if it has been used previously, as it may be dead. 3. Check that the button assembly is installed properly, ensuring the threads are correctly engaged and the button moves freely. 4. If sparks are still not generated with a new battery and good wire connections, the spark module may be faulty.
