What to do if my Blue Giant BGNR-30 reach truck does not start?

  If your Blue Giant Forklifts reach truck won't start, there are several potential causes: * The key switch might be in the “OFF” position. If so, set the key switch to “I”. * The battery charge could be too low. Check the battery charge and charge the battery if needed. * A fuse might be faulty. Test the fuses. * The reach truck might be in charge mode. Interrupt charging.

  If the load cannot be lifted by your Blue Giant Forklifts, it could be due to: * Hydraulic oil level being too low. Check the hydraulic oil level. * Excessive load. Note the maximum capacity specified on the data plate.
