  Several factors can prevent your BLUE OAK Indoor Furnishing burner from lighting. First, the propane cylinder might be frosted over; wait for it to warm up. Second, an opening could be blocked; clear any blockages. Third, ensure the control knob is in the ON position. Fourth, too much glass bead covering the burner bowl or small pieces blocking the burner holes can be the reason; remove some glass fire rocks. Finally, the LP tank might be empty; replace it with a full one.

How to fix a low burner flame on my BLUE OAK Indoor Furnishing?

  A low burner flame could be due to several reasons. The gas pressure might be low; turn off the cylinder valve and replace the cylinder. If the outdoor temperature is below 40°F and the tank is less than ¼ full, use a full propane cylinder. Also, check the burner and openings for any blockages.

Open LP tank door and turn the LP tank gas valve on.

Ignite the Burner

Use a lit match or long-necked lighter near the burner ring.

Adjust Flame and Check

Turn gas control knob to high and check for normal flame appearance.

Turn Off Gas Control

Push and turn the gas control knob to the off position.

Turn Off LP Tank Valve

Turn the LP tank valve completely off clockwise and close the door.

Secure the Fire Table
