Why is the burner flame low on my Blue Rhino Endless Summer 233000?

If the burner flame on your Blue Rhino Patio Heater is low, several factors could be at play. First, the gas pressure might be insufficient; in this case, turn the cylinder valve off and replace the cylinder. If the outdoor temperature is below 40ºF and the tank is less than 1/4 full, try using a full cylinder. Also, check the supply hose for any bends or kinks and straighten it out. Finally, if the control knob is fully on, inspect the burner and orifices for any blockages.
