Slide ladder steps onto handrails and secure with nuts and bolts, ensuring treads face upwards.
Slide pivot balls onto the bottom of each handrail and ensure they are securely fastened.
Place bottom step, align pivot balls, and push firmly to insert them into the step receivers.
Position ladder, mark handrail locations, drill holes, and secure handrails with deck flanges and screws.
