Help! (FAQ & Troubleshooting)
SATELLITE DOESN’T POWER ON
Make sure the battery is fully charged
Press and hold the power button on the left earcup for 1 second
SATELLITE DOESN’T CONNECT TO YOUR BLUETOOTH
®
DEVICE
Make sure Satellite is fully charged and powered on
Make sure the audio cable is not connected
Make sure your device has Bluetooth
®
turned on
Turn off and then turn on Satellite. Repeat the procedures on page 16.
Decrease the distance between Satellite and your Bluetooth
®
device
Try pairing with a different Bluetooth
®
device
Delete “Blue Headphone” from your Bluetooth
®
list on your device and pair again

Clear the headphone pairing list (page 16)
SATELLITE ISN’T MAKING SOUND OR AUDIO LEVEL IS LOW (BLUETOOTH
