Function Description:
The HEX70B-KIT consists of a Transmitter (HEX70B-TX) and a Receiver (HEX70B-RX) unit. The Transmitter unit takes an HDMI input signal and converts it for transmission over a single CAT cable, along with IR and PoH signals. The Receiver unit then receives these signals, converts them back to HDMI, and outputs them to a display. The bi-directional IR allows control of source devices from the display location and vice versa, while bi-directional PoH enables either the transmitter or receiver unit to power the entire extender set, simplifying installation by requiring only one power supply.
