1. WARNING NOTES
Read this manual's warning notes with care as they contain important information
regarding the safety of installation, use and maintenance of the equipment.
After removing the packaging, ensure the whole of the equipment is present and
undamaged.
Keep the manual in a protected, dry place away from the sun's rays so that it can be
used for all future reference including up to the final decommissioning of the ma-
chine.
The materials used in the packaging, such as plastic bags, expanded polystyrene,
corrugated board etc., can be recycled and must not be left within the reach of
children for whom they are potentially dangerous, nor must they be disposed of
into the environment.
Before connecting up the equipment make sure the details on
the plate at the back of the dryer correspond to those of the mains electrical supply.
If the hair dryer's plug is not compatible with the socket, have it replaced with a suit-
able one by qualified personnel. In particular have this person assure you that the
cable diameter is suitable for the hair dryer's power output. It is not advisable to
use adapters, multiple sockets or extension cables. If it is absolutely necessary to
use simple or multiple adapters or extension cables, use only those that comply
with the regulations in force, paying particular attention not to exceed the electrical
current capacity limit marked on the adapter and extension cable and the maximum
power indicated on the multiple adapter.
This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which
it was expressly designed (see paragraph “2”). All other
uses shall be deemed improper and consequently hazardous. The manufacturer
disclaims liability for any damage or injury caused by improper, wrong and un-
reasonable use of the appliance.
