Securing motorcycle for transportation
Use masking tape or soft cloths suitably positioned to prevent scratching the parts of
the motorcycle.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage to parts if vehicle topples
• Make sure that the vehicle is secured so that it cannot topple
• Push the motorcycle onto the transportation flat and hold it in position:

Do not trap components such as brake lines or cable legs.
• At the front, secure the straps to the bottom fork bridge on both sides and
tighten the straps
• At the rear, secure and tighten the tensioning straps to the holders for rear
footrests on both sides.
• The suspension has to be firmly compressed for the motorcycle to be
transported.
• Uniformly tighten all the ratchet straps
• Note: do not place vehicle on the side stand during transit.
