Critical Instructions to Avoid Warranty Void

Adhering to specific instructions regarding bolts, mounting, lubrication, and power is crucial to maintain warranty.

Step 1: Installing PILING-MOUNT bracket

Bracket Placement and Plumbness

Place bracket 42" above dock surface and ensure it is 100% PLUMB for correct orientation.

Drilling Bolt Holes and Hardware

Drill (6) holes using the bracket as a template in a cross-pattern with 3/4" diameter bolts.

Step 2: MAST installation

Mast Insertion into Head Assembly

Insert the heavy-duty aluminum mast into the HEAD ASSEMBLY, ensuring correct orientation for bolt hole alignment.

Step 3: HEAD ASSEMBLY to PILE MOUNT

Securing Head Assembly to Pile Mount

Install the PILE MOUNT between swivel-brackets, locking it with the HEAD SWIVEL PIN and nylon bushing.

Step 4: CONNECT MAST to CRADLE ARM

Connecting Mast to Cradle Arm

Raise mast, slide underneath CRADLE ARM, then drop and fasten with three 1/2" stainless bolts.

Step 5: Attach GEARBOX to HEAD ASSEMBLY

Gearbox and Cable Winder Assembly

Mount CABLE WINDER to HEAD ASSEMBLY, connect GEARBOX shaft, and attach motor to GEARBOX.

Step 6: Connect stainless CABLE to CRADLE ARM

Cable Attachment to Cradle Arm

Connect the stainless cable to the CRADLE ARM using the supplied 3/4" stainless bolt.

Step 7: Aluminum BUNK attachment

Bunk Assembly and Mounting

Assemble Aluminum Bunks to their brackets and mount them into place on the CRADLE ARM.

Step 8: Aluminum GUIDE POST attachement

Guide Post Bracket and Post Installation

Attach GUIDE POST BRACKET to CRADLE ARM, insert GUIDE POST, and cover with PVC cap, avoiding motor assembly.

Final Operational Notes

Important Reminders for Safe Operation

Never ride lift, ensure ample grease, maintain proper voltage, and manage cable slack to prevent damage.
