Adhering to specific instructions regarding bolts, mounting, lubrication, and power is crucial to maintain warranty.
Place bracket 42" above dock surface and ensure it is 100% PLUMB for correct orientation.
Drill (6) holes using the bracket as a template in a cross-pattern with 3/4" diameter bolts.
Insert the heavy-duty aluminum mast into the HEAD ASSEMBLY, ensuring correct orientation for bolt hole alignment.
Install the PILE MOUNT between swivel-brackets, locking it with the HEAD SWIVEL PIN and nylon bushing.
Raise mast, slide underneath CRADLE ARM, then drop and fasten with three 1/2" stainless bolts.
Mount CABLE WINDER to HEAD ASSEMBLY, connect GEARBOX shaft, and attach motor to GEARBOX.
Connect the stainless cable to the CRADLE ARM using the supplied 3/4" stainless bolt.
Assemble Aluminum Bunks to their brackets and mount them into place on the CRADLE ARM.
Attach GUIDE POST BRACKET to CRADLE ARM, insert GUIDE POST, and cover with PVC cap, avoiding motor assembly.
Never ride lift, ensure ample grease, maintain proper voltage, and manage cable slack to prevent damage.
