Put a small amount of oil
on
the outside of the camshaft
spacer and install the spacer on the camshaft.
Install the camshaft sprocket. Tighten the bolt to

ft.

Align the camshaft timing mark with the mark
on
the upper
cover [C). C
Install the spring and tensioner, and temporarily tighten
the nut
(0).
Push the flange, located under the tensioner, to make
alignment of the
holes (Items 1 & 2)

Install the bolts
into the holes.
Install the front end of the spring (bent at right angle) on
the projection of the tensioner.
Install the other end (straight end) on the water pump
body
