DELIVERY REPORT (Fig. 84)
The Delivery Report is to be filled out by the dealer and signed by the owner or
operator when the Bobcat loader is delivered. An explanation of the form must be
given to the owner. Be sure it is filled out completely.
THIRTY HOUR INSPECTION (Fig. 85)
Return the Bobcat loader to the dealer after the first 30 hours of Bobcat loader
operation for a complete inspection. There is no charge to the owner for this
inspection. There may be charge for parts and labor needed.
The Bobcat dealer will explain the 30 Hour Inspection procedure when the Bobcat
loader is delivered to you.
The
30 Hour Inspection does the following:
1. Inspection, adjustment and service of the Bobcat loader after the first 30 hours
of operation.
2. Improvement of maintenance or operation procedures that are not correct can
be
found.
3.
Correct maintenance or operation procedure can be demonstrated.
The owner must contact the dealer to schedule a 30 Hour Inspection.
When the inspection is complete the form must be filled out by the serviceman and
signed
by the serviceman and the owner or operator.
