Q: The camera cannot be turned on, and the operation
has no response
A: 1 . Please connect the charger to charge the camera
and check if the problem is solved after 2 hours of
charging;
2.PIease check whether the charger and the connection
cable are normal;
3.Please press the reset button to restart the camera, and
then check whether the problem is solved;
4 If the problem cannot be solved, please contact the
after-sales personnel to return to the factory for repair.
