Spindle Mount Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Washer and Nut Assembly

Prepares the threaded rod and nut assembly for insertion into the new Z Frame Supports.

Step 2: Mount Washer and Nut Assembly

Secures the washer and nut assembly to the new Z Frame using zip ties and M-4 screws/nuts.

Step 8: Attach Bottom Mount Assembly Sequence

Outlines the sequence for attaching the Z Spindle Bottom Mount Assembly onto the Z Frame.

Step 3: Attach Z-Spindle Bottom Mount (A)

Attaches the Z-Spindle Bottom Mount (A) to the Z Frame using five M-16 screws and nuts.

Step 8: Attach Z Spindle Mount Top (D) to Frame

Attaches the Z Spindle Mount Top (D) to the Z Frame using six M4 x 16 screws and nuts.

Step 10: Secure Router Body

Ensures mid mounts are loose for router insertion, then tightens screws to secure the router body.
