Filling the Grinder

Place grinder on work surface, lift grip, fill with salt and pepper corns, then replace grip.

Grinding Operation

Turn grip right for pepper ('P') or left for salt ('S') to grind.

Adjusting Grinding Fineness

Tighten adjustment screws (white for salt, black for pepper) for finer grinding.
