Exercise Session

Knee-bend

Perform with feet slightly separated, knees bent 80 degrees, not past toes, back straight.

Knee-bend on one leg

Stand with foot in middle, knee bent 60-90 degrees, not past toes, back straight.

Bending of leg

Keep feet together on the plate, knee slightly bent, bend hip to embrace ankles.

Leg biceps

Lie down with feet slightly separated, keep shoulders/head on floor, lift hip.

Calf

Balance on toes with feet in middle, knee slightly bent, back straight.

Thigh massage

Turn face away from plate, place thighs on plate with knees at 90 degrees, lean on forearms.

Bending of the adductors

One foot straight on plate, other foot bent, hands on leg to flex inner thigh.

Massage of the adductors

Lay inner thigh on plate, along front, head resting on arm.

Calf massage

Lay on hands, keep back straight, breast above hands. Can be done on knees or toes.

Arm muscles

Squat in front, hands on item, arms bent 30-60 degrees, keep back straight.

Stomach

Lift legs slightly bent, lift upper body, flex stomach muscles deliberately.

Hand massage

Squat in front, hands on item, arms loose, exercise pressure in intervals.

Push-up

Lay on hands, keep back straight, breast above hands. Can be done on knees or toes.

Lay forearms on plate, keep body straight and back flat, flex stomach muscles.

Foot/toe massage

Sit on chair in front, feet in middle, relax, close eyes, keep back straight.
