Solution
1. Check the volume setting of the mobile device
2. Reduce the volume to minimum on your speaker, and then increase it to maximum.
3. Use a different music source.
4. Connect a different mobile device
. Make sure that the mobile device is within the effective transmission range of
the Bluetooth speaker (1 8m/60ft), and that Bluetooth has been enabled on it.
2. Make sure there are no obstacles between the speaker and the device, or no
interference from other wireless signals.
1. Referto the user manual to confirm if it is in TFcard playback mode.
2. Make sure the audio files on the TF card or USB flash drive are supported by the
speaker.
Press and hold the" Q) "button for 8 seconds to force shutdown.
