If your Bolton Tools Saw is producing bad cuts, consider the following: * The feed pressure may be too great; reduce it by increasing the spring tension on the side of the saw. * The guide bearing might not be adjusted properly; adjust the guide bearing, ensuring the clearance is not greater than 0.001mm. * The blade tension could be inadequate; increase it by adjusting the blade tension. * The blade may be dull; replace it. * The speed might be incorrect; adjust it. * The blade guide could be spaced out too much; adjust the guide space. * The blade guide assembly might be loose; tighten it. * The blade truck may be too far away from the wheel flanges; re-track the blade according to the operating instructions.
