If all controls on your BOMANN Microwave Oven are locked, it's likely the child-proof lock is activated or the time-delay function is on. To unlock, try these steps: * For the child-proof lock, press and hold the CANCEL / STOP button for more than 3 seconds. * If the time and symbol “ ” are shown, the time-delay function is active. Press the CLOCK / PRE-SET button to show the start time, then press CANCEL / STOP to end the function.
