Usage Features:
The mat is designed for ease of use with a dedicated controller.
- Setup: Lay the mat on a stable surface, connect the power cable/controller to the mat, and plug the other end into an appropriate power outlet.
- Power: Turn the device on/off using the POWER button on the controller.
- PEMF Activation: Click the PEMF icon to activate. Use the '+' and '–' buttons to toggle through frequencies from F1-F30 (1Hz to 30Hz). PEMF settings automatically turn off after 30 minutes.
- Red Light Therapy Activation: Click the red-light icon to turn on 660nm Red Light and 850nm Near Infrared Light.
