CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Always unplug the BONECO fan before you start
cleaning it! Failure to do so can result in electric
shock and fatal injury!
Do not use alcohol or corrosive cleaning agents for
cleaning.
CLEANING THE HOUSING
BONECO fans are designed for maintenance-free opera-
tion, even when used over many years. In most cases, a
dry cloth can be used for cleaning the housing. If stubborn
dirt is present, clean the housing using a damp cloth. Add
a small amount of dishwashing detergent to the water.
Household cloths and window cleaners can also be used.
CLEANING THE FAN BLADES
• Unscrew the security screw at the buttom side of the
fan head.
• Remove the front grid from the fan head by turning it
anti-clockwise.
• Unscrew the protection screw in the center of the fan
blade by turning it clockwise…
• Take out the fan blade and clean with a damp cloth or
sponge
• Put the Fan blade back into the housing, and fix the
protection screw fest.
• Put the front grid back onto the housing and fix the
security screw
