Step 1. Install the front swivel wheels.
A. Insert front wheel leg assembly into frame
until it locks.
B. Insert one of the smaller wheels as shown
until a click sound is noted. Repeat for other
side.
C. To lock front wheel push button down.
D. To release wheels press button.
