Maintenance
1. Use soft cloth or tissue to clean the camera cover
2. Use soft cloth to clean the lens. Do NOT use strong or corrosive cleanser as it can damage the lens
Trouble shooting
No video output or choppy video
Check the USB cable is connected properly and the USB Port is in good condition.
Check if the power light is on.
Disconnect the camera and re-connect
Make sure video conferencing or camera software has the correct device selected
