Daily Maintenance
The only daily maintenance necessary is thorough cleaning and lubricang aer usage. Follow the cleaning and lubricang procedures in this manual.
G. The spray gun will not spray. 1. The spray p or the gun lter is
plugged.
2. The spray p is not fully in the
SPRAY posion.
1. Clean the spray p or gun lter.
2. Put the p in the SPRAY posion.
H. The paint paern is tailing. 1. The pressure is set too low.
2. The gun or the sucon lter is
plugged.
3. The sucon tube is loose at the
inlet valve.
4. The p is worn.
5. The paint is too thick.
6. Pressure loss.
1. Increase the pressure.
2. Clean the lters.
3. Tighten the sucon tube ng.
4. Replace the spray p.
5. Thin the paint.
