Function Description
The Borosil Prima 25L OTG is an oven toaster griller that performs multiple cooking functions, including toasting, baking, grilling, and rotisserie. It is equipped with three control knobs: a Temperature Knob, a Function Knob, and a Timer Knob, allowing for precise control over the cooking process.
The Temperature Knob helps set the desired temperature for particular recipes, with a range from Low 90°C to 230°C.
The Function Knob offers six functional modes:
- Lower Heating: Ideal for baking cakes, muffins, and sponges.
- Upper & Lower Heating + Fan: Suitable for baking, chicken legs, potato flakes, poultry, meat, and fish.
- Upper Heating & Fan: Also suitable for baking, chicken legs, potato flakes, poultry, meat, and fish.
- Upper & Lower Heating: Ideal for cooking bread and pizza.
- Top & Bottom Heating + Fan + Rotisserie: This function is designed for cooking whole chickens, roasts, or other large cuts of meat, ensuring even cooking and browning.
- Top Heating + Rotisserie: Similar to the previous mode, this is also for cooking whole chickens and roasts.
The Timer Knob is used to set the cooking time. It can be set for up to 60 minutes, and a bell rings to indicate the completion of the set time. For longer cooking durations, the timer can be bypassed by rotating the knob counter-clockwise to the "STAY ON" position.
The Power Indicator light illuminates whenever the OTG is in operation.
