This medical device is a brace for the immobilisation of the thumb saddle joint and/or metacarpophalangeal joint.
Post-operative, post-traumatic or degenerative irritations in the thumb saddle joint region, e.g. arthrosis of the CMC-I joint.
Lymph drainage disorders, unclear soft tissue swellings distal to the aid, sensory and circulatory disorders.
Prescribable product. Discuss use/duration with physician. Select size and follow instructions. Remove before exams, sleeping.
Open fasteners, slip hand in, guide thumb, close fasteners on thumb and wrist, then lower arm. Avoid congestion.
Open harnesses and take aid off. Close Velcro fasteners to avoid damaging other items or clothing.
Polyamide (PA), polyester (PES), cotton (CO), elasthane (EL). Sewn-in label provides precise composition.
Delicate wash 30°C, no chemical cleaning, no bleach, no tumble dryer, no ironing. Close Velcro fasteners.
