Coil spring
The spring rate depend of the body weight.
de 60 à 80 kg
from 132 to 176 lbs
de 80 à 105 kg
from 176 to 231 lbs
Spring preload
The sag recommandation should be set to 15 – 25% of total fork travel (30 to 50mm). If the
sag measurement value is greater than the sag recommendations, add preload spacers
according to the user manual.
Starting point adjustments : To start your adjustment, turn the knob clockwise until it
stops (=clic 0). Then, clicks are counted turning the knob in the counterclockwise direction.
Recreational use
Compression (A): 15 clicks
Rebound (B): 18 clicks
Racing use
Compression (A): 8 clicks
Rebound (B): 16 clicks
