Your Bosch Pole Saw may rip, vibrate, or not saw properly due to several reasons. The chain tension might be too loose, requiring you to tension the saw chain. The saw chain could be dull, in which case you should sharpen or replace it. A worn-out chain also leads to these issues, so replace the saw chain if needed. Ensure the chain teeth are facing the correct direction; if not, reassemble the chain correctly. Lastly, applying too much force can cause these problems, so reduce the force you're applying.
