How to stop acoustic feedback in my Bosch CCS 800 Ultro?
    • E
      Evelyn GreenAug 1, 2025
Acoustic feedback can occur for several reasons. First, the loudspeaker volume may be too loud. Reduce the gain using the volume control for delegate/chairman unit loudspeakers on the Central Power Supply Unit (CPSU). If available, switch on Digital Acoustic Feedback Suppression. Second, the distance between units might be too small, specifically the microphone to the loudspeaker of other units. Increase the distance between units, or, if available, switch on Digital Acoustic Feedback Suppression. Finally, using open headphones too close to microphone units can cause feedback. Increase the distance between the headphone and microphone or disconnect headphones when not in use. If available, switch on Digital Acoustic Feedback Suppression.

What to do if there is no sound via delegate/chairman loudspeakers on my Bosch CCS 800 Ultro?

      Angelica DanielsAug 7, 2025
If you're experiencing no sound via the delegate/chairman loudspeakers, there are a few things to check. First, ensure the insertion switch at the rear of the Central Power Supply Unit (CPSU) is in position "1". Also, verify that the volume control for delegate/chairman loudspeakers on the CPSU is not in the fully counter-clockwise position. Note that there might be no sound if a microphone is active or headphones are connected.

Why is part of my Bosch Microphone system not working?
    • A
      Amanda MillerAug 15, 2025
If part of your Bosch Microphone system isn't working, the cause might be interrupted trunk-line cabling. Check the trunk-line cabling connections between the units and the Central Power Supply Unit (CPSU), and use the test function on the CPSU.

What to do if Bosch CCS 800 Ultro has temporary no microphone reaction, and no sound or distorted sound from unit loudspeakers?
    • M
      Megan OrtegaAug 23, 2025
If you're experiencing a temporary lack of microphone reaction, or no sound/distorted sound from the unit loudspeakers, it might be due to trunk-line overload. To resolve this, reduce the load on the trunklines by reducing the number of units, and/or the length of the trunk cables.
