OptiSim
OptiSim® burner
This Bosch burner heats at
a low 400 BTU to delicately
simmer even the most sensitive sauces
or melt chocolate by evenly spreading
the fl ame across the bottom of the pot
to help prevent scorching.

Reignition
Automatic reignition
The automatic reignition will
spontaneously generate a
spark and reignite the burner if the
fl ame should go out from
