Appliance is not cooling, display and light are lit.
Demo mode switched on. Hold down button alarm off for 10 seconds until an
acknowledgement signal sounds. Wait and check
whether the appliance is cooling.
Display flashes, warning signal sounds and button alarm off is lit.
Press the alarm off button. Alarm is switched off.
Appliance door is open. Close the appliance door.
Ventilation openings have been covered. Clear ventilation openings.
Large quantities of fresh food were placed in the
appliance.
Do not exceed max. freezing capacity.
Fully automatic defrosting no longer functions, the set temperature is not attained.
The freezer compartment door was open for a long
period. The evaporator (refrigeration unit) in the
NoFrost system is heavily iced up.
To defrost the evaporator, remove the containers
with the frozen food, insulate well and store in a cool
location.
■ Switch off the appliance and move it away from
the wall. Leave the appliance door open.
■ After approx. 20 minutes, the condensation
water starts to run into the evaporation pan at
the rear of the appliance.

To prevent the evaporation pan from overflowing,
mop up the condensation water with a sponge. The
evaporator is defrosted if no more condensation
water runs into the evaporation pan.
Clean the inside.
Switch the appliance back on again.
The cameras do not take any photos.
The cameras are not activated in Home Connect. Activate the cameras.
Cameras take blurred photos.
Door was closed too quickly. Close door more slowly.
Camera lenses misted up
Appliance was open too long. Clean the camera lenses using a micro-fibre cloth.
Do not leave appliance open too long.
