Intended Use

Preparation

Check machine

Never start a damaged machine. Contact customer service if damaged.

Plug machine into power outlet

Only with dry hands. Only touch the plug.

Open water tap

Ensure water supply is available for operation.

Washing

Sort laundry and fill washer

Follow care instructions, sort by type/color/soiling, do not exceed max load.

Fill detergent and fabric softener

Measure detergent by load size, soiling, water hardness, and manufacturer's instructions.

Setting and adjusting cycle

Select cycle using the selector dial. Adjust settings with option buttons.

Remove laundry

Open loading door and remove laundry. Check for foreign objects.

Close water taps

Close water taps after washing is complete.

Turn off

Set cycle selector to Off after use.

Cycle end if ...

Cycle ends when "-0-" is indicated on the display panel.

Change cycle ...

If wrong cycle selected, select again and press Start/Pause.

Interrupt cycle

Press Start/Pause to interrupt. Can add laundry if needed.

... or stop cycle

Select Start/Pause to stop. Specific steps for cool down or low temp cycles.

Individual settings

Option buttons

Used to change spin speed and temperature before or during cycle.

Temp

Adjust displayed wash temperature. Max temp depends on selected cycle.

Finish in

Set time delay for cycle end, adjustable in hour steps up to 24h.

Spin

Change displayed spin speed. Max speed depends on the selected cycle.

Care

Wipe with soft, moist cloth. Do not use scouring agent or water jet.

Pull out, clean with water and brush, dry off. Leave open to dry.

Washing drum

Leave loading door open to dry. Use chlorine-free cleaner for rust spots.

Descaling

Not necessary if proper detergent used. Follow descaling agent instructions if needed.

What to do if ...

Water is running out.

Check drain hose and supply hose connections.

No water supply running in.

Check water tap, screen, and supply hose for kinks.

Detergent not rinsed.

Check for correct detergent amount and type (HE).

The loading door will not open.

Check safety function, spin stop, or use emergency unlock.

Cycle does not start.

Ensure Start/Pause is selected and door is closed.

Sudsy water is not pumped out.

Clean the pump and drain pipe/hose.

Water cannot be seen in drum.

Water level is low. No malfunction, water is below visible area.

Spin results not satisfactory.

Wash small/large items together, check Reduced Ironing setting.

Dispenser & not completely rinsed out.

Remove dispenser and clean it.
