Adding more or removing laundry
The drying operation can be pause d to add more laundry or remove laundr y.
The programme must then be con tinued until it has finished.
The drum and the door may be hot!
1. Open door, the drying process is interrupted.
2. Load or remove laundry and close door.
3. If required, select a new program me and additional functions.
4. Press the Inicio/Stop (Start/Sto p) button.
Emptying condensation
Empty the container after every use.
1. Remove the condensation container and hold it
level.
2. Open the locking cap.
3. Pour out the condensation.
Check the valve in the condensation container for dirt:
If there are fluff deposits on the valve
a rinse the valve under running water.
Also pour some tap water into the em pty condensation container then p our it out
again through the valve.
To do this, press the valve in and a llow all the water to drain out.
4. Close the locking cap.
5. Always push the tank fully b ack in until it locks in place.

Cleaning the fluff filter
Clean the fluff filter after each drying op eration.
1. Open the door, remove the fluff filter.
2. Remove the fluff (by wiping t he filter with your hand).
If the fluff filter is heavily soiled or blocked, ri nse it with warm water,
and dry it thoroughly.
3. Re-insert the fluff filter so that you hear it click into place.
4. Remove fluff from door/door a rea.
Switching off the dryer
Turn the programme selector to Stop (Off) .
Do not leave laundry in the dryer.
Removing the laundry
Your dryer is equipped with an automatic anti-crease function. The drum is moved at specific time intervals
for 30 minutes once the programme has ended. The laundry remains loose and soft (for 90 minutes if the
Fácil
c(Reduced Ironing) additional function is selec ted, depending on the model).

Selecting and adjusting the programme

Dryer housing, control panel, air inlet
– Wipe off with a soft, damp cloth.
– Do not use h arsh cleaning agen ts/solvents.
– Remove de tergent and cleaning agent residue immed iately.
Clean the air coo ler 5 or 6 times a year
or if Depósito/Limp. o/p(Container/Clean) flashe s after cleaning the fl uff filter.
Air cooler
Remove the air cooler b efore cleaning it.
– Allow the dryer to cool.
– Residual water may leak out, so place an absorbent towel underneath
the maintenance door.
1. Unlock the m aintenance door (1).
2. Open the main tenance door fully (2).
3. Turn both locki ng levers outwards (1).
4. Remove the front insert (2).
5. Remove the air cooler.
Do not damage the a ir cooler.
When cleaning, use warm water only. Do no t use hard or sharp -edged objects.
6. Clean the air coo ler completely. Le t it drip completely d ry.
Clean the seals.
7. Insert the air coo ler first (handle facin g down), then the f ront insert.
8. Turn back bo th locking levers.
9. Lock the main tenance door.

Do not tumble-dry the following fabri cs for example:
– Airtight fabrics (e.g. r ubber-coated fabrics).
– Delicate ma terials (silk, curtains made from syntheti c material)
a they may crease.
– Laundry contami nated with oil.
Before using the dryer for the first time
– Do not put any laundry inside the dryer. Turn the prog ramme selector to Timed
Programmes (
a page 7) and press Inicio/Stop (Start/Stop). At the end of the programme,
turn the programme selector to Stop (Off).
Drying tips
– To ensure a con sistent result, sort the laundry by fabric type and drying programme.
– Always dry very small items (e.g. baby socks) together with larger items (e.g. hand towels).
– Close zips, hooks and eyelets, and button up covers . Tie cloth belts, bands, etc. together.
– Do not over-dry ea sy-care laundry

– Do not iron laund ry immediately after drying, fold items u p and leave for a while

– Knitted fabrics (e.g . T-shirts, jerseys) often shrink dur ing their first drying.

– Starched laund ry is not always suitable for dryers

adversely affects the drying operatio n.
– Use the correc t dosage of fabric softener as per the m anufacturer's instructions when
washing the laundry to be dried.
– Use the timer p rogramme for small loads
a this improves the drying result.
Environmental protection/energy-saving tips
– Before drying, spin the laundry thoroughly in the washing machine a the higher the spin
speed, the shorter the drying time w ill be (consumes less energy), also spin easy-care
laundry.
– Use the maximum recommended capacity, but do not exceed it

– Make sure the room is well ventilated during drying.
