Measure your receiver wire size
Step 1:
Ask a friend or family member to help
(recommended).
They can make things easier by checking that the
receiver wire sizing tool is on your ear correctly and
taking a photo for you.
Note:
If nobody’s around to help, you can use a mirror to
check the receiver wire sizing tool and use your phone
camera to take a photo.
Step 2:
Locate the receiver wire sizing tool
provided in the box.
You’ll use it to measure which
receiver wire size you need for each
ear.
