Hearing aids
don’t connect
to phone

If another previously-connected phone is
within range, turn the Bluetooth feature
off on that phone.
Clear the hearing aid device lists
(see page 65).
Connect the hearing aids to a different
phone (see page 65).
Lexie app
doesn’t work
on phone
Restart your phone.
Make sure the Lexie app is compatible
with your phone. Visit the Lexie page on
the App Store or Google Play store for
compatibility information.
Uninstall the Lexie app on your phone,
then reinstall the app (see page 28).
