Problem Solutions
Poor sound
quality
Clear any debris or wax buildup from the
domes and microphones (see page 70).
Dry the hearing aids: Remove the
hearing aids from the charging case and
leave them in a dry place overnight to dry
(see page 70).
Make sure that the Balance controls are
adjusted to your desired settings (see
page 48).
Replace the wax guards (see page 71).
Replace the receiver wires (see page 72).
