Hearing aids
don’t charge
Conrm that the left and right hearing
aids are placed on the correct sides of
the charging case (see page 40).
Remove the hearing aids from the
charging case, wait 30 seconds, and
replace them.
Disconnect the charging case from
power, then reconnect it.
Using a soft, lint-free cloth, remove any
moisture or debris from the charging
contacts on the hearing aids and
charging pins on the charging case.
If the charging case or hearing aids have
been exposed to high temperatures, let
them return to room temperature and
then try charging again.
Try another wall charger or computer.
