Why is the volume level of the instrument connected to INPUT 1 jack or INPUT 2 jack too low on my Boss eBand JS-10 Media Player?

If the instrument volume connected to the INPUT 1 or INPUT 2 jack on your Boss Media Player is too low: * Ensure you're using connection cables without resistors. * Verify the external device’s volume is properly adjusted. * Check that the [INPUT LEVEL 1] and [INPUT LEVEL 2] knobs are not turned down. * Confirm a mic isn't connected with INPUT GAIN set to the guitar setting.
