1. Check if the charging case has any power.

1. Check if there’s a big electromagnetic interference around.
2. Check if the earbuds are too far from device.
3. Restart the device to prevent problems of signal instability.

Q: How to tell if the earbuds are fully charged?
1. The earbuds charging time is around 1.5 hours.
2. When fully charged, the earbuds blue light will be steady for seven seconds and
then turns off.
Q: The earbuds cannot be charged?
1. Make sure the earbuds charging contacts are clean.
2. Check, whether the earbuds are placed in the charging case.
3. Check, whether the charging case has a sufficient power.
Q: The earbuds volume cannot be adjusted?
1. Long press the left earbud for 1.5 second to decrease volume, long press right
earbud for 1.5 second to increase the volume.
2. When you adjust the volume, most Android phones won’t display the change, you
need to feel the volume change yourself. There are 15 grades of volume in total.
Q: How to connect the earbuds with the device?
1. Turn on the earbuds and wait until blue indicator light flashes every half a
second, earbuds are pending for connection.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function from your device and connect to the Bluetooth
device named “BY-AP1”.
