appliance.

not place the
cable
or any other
object over the toaster
slots whilst the 2 Slice
Toaster is in
operation.

not attempt to dislodge bread/toast particles while
the 2 Slice
Toaster is
in operation.
16. The Pop-up toasting lever must be in the ‘UP’
position before a ttaching
or disconnecting the
plug from wall outlet.
17. Do
not insert metal objects or
other utensils
into the 2 Slice Toaster,
as this
will
cause an
electric
shock or caus e
a
fire.
18. Do not operate
the
2SliceToasterif
the plug or po wer cord
has
been damaged, is not
working
properly,
has been dropp ed or h as been exposed to
water or other liquid.
19. Check
the 2
Slice
Toaster power
cord carefully regularly for damage.
If the
power cord is
damaged in an y
way,
the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similar ly qualified
person must
replace
it in order
to avoid
an electrical hazard.
20. Do not al low

power cord to hang
over sharp table edges or come into
contact
with hot
surfaces.
21. Make
sure that
the
2 Slice Toaster is switched
off and remove the
plug from the
mains elect
rical
supply
when it is
not in
use, before
it
is cleaned and while
it is
being
repaired.

prevent the

not immerse the
power cord,
plug, or

parts of this 2 Slice

water or any other liquid.

not be submerged
in water,
as any contact
