If your Bradley Water Heater isn't functioning correctly, here are a few things to check: * First, ensure the flow sensor at the inlet spins when water is running. * Second, if the flow is low (above 1.5gpm/5.7lpm), see if the FLCB light is on. For high flow (above 15gpm/56.8lpm), both low and high flow lights should be lit. * Third, confirm adequate water flow (1.5gpm/5.7lpm) to activate the flow sensor. * Fourth, verify the heater's wiring, breaker, and wire size match the Electrical Specifications. * Finally, check that the unit receives voltage from all 3 phases of the power source; a load voltage reading can also be helpful.
