What to do if my BRAND Axpert VM II-3000 Inverter is not working and has no display?

If your BRAND Inverter isn't working and the display is off, start by measuring the resistor between BAT+ and BAT-. If it's not shorted, connect the inverter only to the battery and press the 'ON' button to see if it starts up. If it still doesn't, check the fan.
