Why are there air bubbles in my BRAND Dispensette S Organic?

  Air bubbles can appear in the BRAND Dispenser due to several reasons. If you drew the reagent too quickly, especially if it has high vapor pressure, draw it slowly. Ensure that valve screw connections are tight using the assembly tool. Prime the instrument, check if the filling tube is loose or damaged and push it firmly, or replace it if needed. Also, clean the instrument and tighten the valves with the assembly tool.

What to do if filling BRAND Dispenser is not possible?

  If filling of your BRAND Dispenser is not possible, check that the volume isn't adjusted to the minimum setting and set the desired volume. Also, the filling valve might be stuck. Unscrew the filling valve from the valve block and clean it. If the valve ball is stuck, use a 200 µl plastic tip to dislodge it. If necessary, replace the filling valve.

  If the dispensed volume from your BRAND Dispenser is too low, it might be due to a loose or damaged filling tube. Perform cleaning and push the filling tube on firmly, cutting off about 1 cm at the upper end and reconnecting it, or replace the filling tube. Another cause might be a loose or damaged filling valve. In this case, perform cleaning, tighten the valves using the assembly tool, and replace the filling valves if necessary.
