      If the touchscreen display on your BRAND Dispenser stops responding, the program may have crashed. To resolve this, disconnect the battery plug, wait 5 seconds, and then reinsert it. The device will start when the battery has enough charge. Be aware that a message may appear, warning that a tip may still be present in the device. Therefore, hang the device in the holder and place a suitable vessel under the tip, or hold the device over a suitable vessel when starting.
