Usage Features
Before First Use:
It is recommended to operate the appliance without bread, with the control knob set to grade 3 and the lever in the down position. This helps to remove the protective finish from the heating element. Some smoke may be emitted during this initial operation, which is normal. Ensure good air ventilation. After the first heating, allow the appliance to cool down naturally before reusing it.
Toasting Process:
- Set the control knob to the desired browning level (1-6).
- Insert the bread slice(s) into the toast slots. Ensure the thickness of the bread slice is not less than 15mm relative to the width of the slot to prevent it from getting stuck.
- Press down the lever to start the toasting cycle.
- Once the toasting cycle is complete (i.e., the bread has been browned as preset), the bread slices will be automatically ejected.
Browning Level Guide:
- Grades 1-3: Suitable for thin bread slices.
- Grades 3-5: Suitable for general bread.
- Grades 5-6: Suitable for frozen bread.
