Pre-delivery Inspection Sheet
To the Dealer
In order to ensure that this Auger will provide your customer with many years of trouble free service,
please ensure that the following Dealer Inspection has been performed.
DEALER INSPECTION REPORT
General
___ Wheel Bolts Tight - 80 ft.lbs.
___ Tire Pressure as per sidewall marking.
___ Winch lift cable clamps tight - torqued to 15
ft.lbs.
___ All Fasteners are tight.
___ Bearing lock collars are tight.
___ All shields are in place.
___ Gearbox filled to proper level.
___ Drive chain tensioned correctly.
___ Drive belts are aligned and properly
tensioned.
___ All safety decals in place & legible.
___ Paint scratches touched up.
___ Grease PTO Shaft.
___ PTO shields in place & rotate freely.
___ All applicable service bulletins performed.
Run In
___ Auger has been elevated and lowered
without any problems.
___ Auger has been run for several minutes and
checked for unusual noise and vibration.
