Carefully read the use instructions before use.
Important
• Plug your appliance into an alternating current
(
Ù
) outlet only and make sure that your house-
hold voltage corresponds to the voltage
marked on your appliance.
• Do not allow the appliance to become
wet.
• Always unplug after use. Even switched off
the appliance presents a hazard when near
water.
• For additional protection, it is advisable to
install a residual current device (RCD) with
a rated residual operating current not
exceeding 30 mA in the electrical circuit of
your bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
• Care should be taken not to block the
inlet and outlet grill when the hairdryer is
switched on. If either grill becomes blocked,
the hairdryer will automatically cut out. After
cooling for a few minutes, it will switch back
on automatically.
• Do not wrap the mains cord around the
appliance. Regularly check the mains cord
for wear or damage, particularly where it
enters the product and the plug. If you have
any doubt about its condition take the
appliance to your nearest Braun Service
Centre for checking/repair. The mains cord
of the appliance may only be replaced by an
authorised Braun Service Centre. Unqualified
repair work can lead to extreme hazards for
the user.

Using the Supervolume
attachment

1. Attaching the Supervolume attachment
• Line up the line markings (a), push the
attachment onto the hairdryer and turn
it clockwise in the direction of the arrow
until it clicks into place (b).
• When the attachment is correctly fitted,
the longest fingers should be at the top.
• To remove the attachment, turn against
the direction of the arrow and pull.
2. Before use
For longlasting results, we recommend that
you apply a styling product (e.g. mousse) to
your hair and switch the hairdryer to a low
airflow setting.
3.1 Building volume with the Supervolume
attachment
• Place the attachment with the fingers against
your head.
• Gently move the attachment in small circles
over a small section of your head until the
hair moves up the fingers. Then hold the
attachment in place until the hair gets dry.
Continue section by section.
3.2 Untangling/smoothing long hair
• The Supervolume fingers are ideal to untangle
long hair and dry it evenly.
• Slowly comb your hair strand by strand with
the Supervolume fingers to smooth away
tangles and to give the hair a straighter and
shinier finish.
