IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic
safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock and/or personal injury
including the following:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
l
After removing the packaging, make sure
the product is complete and undamaged.
If in doubt, do not use the appliance and
contact a qualified professional only.
l
The plastic bag containing the appliance
should be kept away from children as it
may represent a suffocation hazard.
l
To protect against the risk of electrical
shock do not put the power unit, cord or
plug in water or other liquid.
l
Unplug from the outlet when not in use,
before assembling or disassembling parts
and before cleaning. To unplug grasp the
plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull
by the power cord.
l
Do not operate any appliance with
a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped
or damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair or
adjustment.
l
Avoid contacting moving parts. Do not
attempt to defeat any safety interlock
mechanisms.
l
The blades are sharp, handle with
care. Always hold the knife blade at
the top, away from the cutting edge,
when handling the sharp cutting
blades, emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
l
Keep hands and utensils away from the
cutting blade while chopping food to
reduce the risk of severe injury to persons
