Boil and discard water before initial operation to prepare the kettle.
Fill, place on base, switch on, and monitor boiling process for automatic shut-off.
Kettle automatically switches off when boiled, empty, lid open, or removed from base.
Unplug, cool, clean exterior with damp cloth; avoid abrasives and immersion.
Use vinegar solution to remove mineral deposits and clean the anti-calcification filter.
